DJ Studies: AQA Unit Award Scheme

The DJ Studies unit award scheme provides an individual units based approach to DJing and music performance. Designed for aspiring DJs of all levels, this hands-on program covers DJ equipment, music selection, beat matching, and live performance techniques using industry-standard tools. Students will gain insights into DJ culture, music genres, and career opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Ideal for those passionate about DJing, or those with an early interest in music that are finding the discipline they would like to specialise in, students will develop DJ skills through practical learning and shorter outcomes. Individual qualifications will be awarded as each module is completed.

This course will build student confidence both in performance and with their peers through live shows, peer feedback, and mentorship from experienced DJs.
